Entire house/Section A) This encompasses the entire four bedroom, four bathroom house. The approximate size of the home is 300 square meters and it includes a double garage, quarters for a domestic worker or driver. Sleeping a maximum of eight persons. Open for booking throughout the year.

Upstairs/street level entrance:

The main (en suite) is upstairs and offers a spacious main bedroom with full bathroom facilities. The room leads onto the patio and pool and enjoys lovely views. Also upstairs is an open plan lounge/dining room. This leads onto the patio with a built in barbecue/braai. The views from this area are to be seen to be believed. There is a well fitted kitchen and scullery with a double door fridge freezer; automatic washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen contains all utensils and equipment required for a family holiday.

Downstairs:

Private outside entrance and also accessible from upstairs via an internal staircase. This unit consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The rooms enjoy their own garden entrance, are well appointed and comfortable. There is a small kitchenette and fridge down stairs for guest convenience - the combination of upstairs and down stairs is extremely well suited for holiday accommodation.

Upstairs suite only/Section B): This is not available as a rental unit during peak season when only the entire house is available. The unit is as described above (“Upstairs”) , superb accommodation for two persons in one bedroom. Best described as a luxury honeymoon apartment. When rented as section B, visitors have exclusive use of the pool and will be the only occupants of the property.
